Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to drive strategy, architecture, and technical execution of our vendor risk program.

You will serve as the technical anchor for the TPRM platform, design complex workflows, and lead automation initiatives to elevate our risk posture in a fast-paced security environment. The role requires deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow TPRM, strong leadership, and a proven track record in implementing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, information security risk, or related technical controls disciplines.
• Deep tooling expertise with ServiceNow TPRM module.
• 3+ years of technical lead/SME experience driving automation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize TPRM platform workflows within ServiceNow and drive AI-driven risk scoring and continuous monitoring.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the TPRM assessment pipeline, SLAs, and final reviews/approvals.
• Lead process improvements and automation within TPRM to reduce manual effort.
• Architect end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle onboarding, reassessment, and offboarding.
• Own story creation, liaise with development teams, and oversee sprint/epic development.
• Embed automated security checks into vendor engagement workflows with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee third-party control evaluations and audits and support audit activities.
• Develop and maintain TPRM policies, standards, and procedures aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and FAIR.
• Engineer and track KPIs and dashboards to show program maturity and effectiveness to leadership.
