Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Lead, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to design and optimize our vendor risk ecosystem. You will own the ServiceNow TPRM platform, drive automation, and lead the assessment pipeline in a fast-paced tech environment.

The role requires deep tooling expertise, strong process knowledge, and the ability to translate complex risk concepts for leadership. This is a remote role with extensive collaboration across functions and global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, information security risk, or related technical controls disciplines.
• Hands-on administrative or architectural experience with the ServiceNow TPRM module.
• 3+ years of technical leadership driving efficiency and automation in risk/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the TPRM platform architecture and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Lead automation initiatives to optimize risk scoring and vendor monitoring.
• Architect end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle (onboarding, reassessment, offboarding).
• Manage Agile story creation and liaise with development teams on Sprints.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT, Security to embed risk checks in vendor processes.
• Oversee third-party controls evaluations and audits and support audits.
