Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Lead, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to drive strategy and technical execution of our vendor risk ecosystem. This role sits in the GRC organization and requires deep ServiceNow TPRM expertise to enhance risk scoring, continuous monitoring, and automation.

You will own the TPRM platform architecture, lead process improvements, and embed AI-driven capabilities into workflows while collaborating with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security teams to ensure scalable, secure

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Third Party Risk Management, GRC or related risk disciplines.
• Hands-on admin/architect experience with ServiceNow TPRM module.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize the end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle (onboarding, inherent risk tiering, reassessment, offboarding).
• Own agile story creation, liaise with dev teams, oversee sprint/epic development.
• Lead automation within ServiceNow to reduce manual effort and improve risk scoring.
