Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to drive strategy, architecture, and execution of our vendor risk program. You will own ServiceNow as the platform of record and lead automation to enhance risk scoring, monitoring, and efficiency.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to embed risk considerations into vendor engagements, align with NIST/ISO frameworks, and advance our secure, scalable TPRM posture in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, information security risk, or related technical controls disciplines.
• Hands-on administrative or architectural experience with the ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management module.
• Technical leadership experience driving automation within a risk or compliance program.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
• Experience evaluating and integrating AI/ML tools into GRC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner and technical architect for ServiceNow TPRM platform.
• Lead the design of the end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle and automation initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the TPRM assessment pipeline and cadence.
• Architect and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security to embed risk considerations into vendor engagement.
