Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to shape the vendor risk program. You will architect ServiceNow-based workflows, drive automation, and lead the assessment pipeline to protect customers and operations in a fast-paced tech environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on tooling expertise, strategic design of the TPRM lifecycle, and collaboration with Legal, IT, and Security teams to embed risk controls and automated checks into vendor engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, or related risk disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management module.
• 3+ years as technical lead driving automation in risk/compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or related frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into GRC workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow TPRM architecture as the platform of record.
• Lead workflow automation and AI-driven risk scoring initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day TPRM assessment pipeline operations.
• Design end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT and Security teams.
• Oversee third-party control evaluations and audits.
• Develop TPRM policies aligned with industry standards.
• Track automated KPIs and dashboards for leadership.
