Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within Trust & Infrastructure. This role focuses on elevating developer experience while driving safety, compliance, and velocity across multiple clouds in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to deliver strategic programs, align on scope, and communicate progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience.
• 5+ years leading SaaS product development programs.
• Deep experience with the software development lifecycle and ability to apply agile methodologies.
• Experience driving developer-facing programs or tooling initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive developer experience programs that pair safety/compliance with measurable productivity gains.
• Partner with Developer Tools, Platform, and Engineering teams to identify friction points and translate feedback into roadmaps.
• Lead programs by aligning on scope, release planning, and securing cross-functional alignment.
• Drive Steering Committee meetings with key partners to make decisions and address program issues.
