You will own programs from start to finish, partnering with executives and teams to drive transformation and velocity across multiple clouds, including Trust & Infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.
• 5+ years leading SaaS product development programs, with understanding of SaaS business models.
• Deep experience with the software development lifecycle and ability to apply agile methodologies in a dynamic environment.
• Experience driving developer-facing programs or tooling initiatives with a focus on developer experience metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive developer experience programs that pair safety/compliance with measurable productivity gains.
• Partner with Developer Tools, Platform, and Engineering to identify and eliminate friction points in the development loop.
• Lead programs by aligning scope and release planning, uniting teams around vision and business goals.
• Drive Steering Committee meetings with key partners to make decisions and remove obstacles.
