Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Senior Technical Program Managers to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in Trust & Infrastructure. You will own programs end-to-end, partnering with executives and key stakeholders to deliver value while elevating developer experience across the platform.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience.
5+ years leading SaaS product development programs.
Deep experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methods.
Experience driving developer-facing programs and tooling initiatives.

Responsibilities

Drive developer experience programs that pair safety/compliance with measurable productivity gains.
Partner with Developer Tools, Platform, and Engineering teams to identify friction points and translate feedback into roadmaps.
Lead programs with scope alignment, release planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Drive Steering Committee meetings to make decisions and remove obstacles.
