Job summary

Affirm in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility planning programs and streamline processes for delivering customer and merchant products.

You will partner with engineering, product, analytics, and cross-functional teams to align goals, manage dependencies, drive change initiatives, and build scalable processes in a remote-first, national-work setup with competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience managing programs, processes, and change management in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development processes.
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible transformation and operational programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy, priorities, and decisions.
