Job summary

New Relic is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our engineering organization. You will lead cross-functional programs spanning cloud, security, and software delivery, shaping strategies and timelines for complex initiatives.

In this fast-paced role, you will drive metrics, manage risks, and facilitate large stakeholder discussions, partnering with leaders to align on goals and ensure successful outcomes across distributed teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience on a software development team as a TPM or engineering manager
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
6+ years in project and program management
6+ years delivering products against plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment

Responsibilities

Drive technical projects from ideation to delivery with schedules and roadblocks
Identify and operationalize metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive issue resolution
Create processes to transform organizational effectiveness toward goals
Drive effective communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple stakeholders
Identify top risks and drive decisions aligning leadership on risk levels
Facilitate productive meetings from small to large groups
