Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years in technical product or program management.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in technical program management working with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business development, technology, product, tax, accounting, legal and finance to deliver enterprise services.
• Drive the entire product lifecycle in an agile environment from requirements through design, coding, QA, implementation, integration, launch and production support.
• Manage customer and client expectations and resolve conflicts balancing stakeholder, engineering, product, and operations needs.
• Understand service inter-dependencies and drive technical solutions for multi-tiered systems.
• Clarify, prioritize and drive project commitments and maintain clear accountability.
• Collaborate cross-organizationally with product, business development, tax, accounting, legal, finance to drive delivery, mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
