Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Pricing and Manufacturability initiatives in a hybrid role across Waltham, MA or North Bethesda, MD. You will own end-to-end programs linking Auto-Quote pricing, DFM, Drawing AI, and ML model delivery with product integration and post-launch optimization.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Operations to set realistic goals, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive TPM/engineering/product leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional software initiatives with material business impact.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD and DevOps; ML delivery familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for Pricing & Manufacturability portfolio.
• Drive planning from concept through execution and post-launch analysis.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Operations, Sales, and Finance to set goals and milestones.
• Translate complex work into a sequenced plan clarifying model ownership vs product/UX ownership.
• Implement lightweight, rigorous project management processes to increase speed and accountability.
