Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to set the bar for program excellence in our nascent TPM organization.

You will architect operating frameworks, define roadmaps, and drive cross-team execution from concept through post-launch optimization. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science/ML, and Business Operations to deliver complex capabilities end to end, including CAD/DFM and Drawing AI, ML model training and production, and pricing/matchmaking workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management or related roles.
• Experience delivering software and ML/AI production projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management across pricing and manufacturability initiatives.
• Define roadmaps, milestones, and post-launch analysis.
• Coordinate multi-team efforts among engineering, product, data science, and operations.
• Develop operating rhythms, risk management, and reporting to leadership.
• Translate model and product work into a sequenced plan with clear ownership and handoffs.
