Job summary

Xometry, a leading on-demand manufacturing marketplace, seeks an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to define and run the operating rhythms for high-impact programs spanning pricing, manufacturability, CAD/drawing intelligence, and ML models.

You will coordinate with engineering, product, data science, and business ops to deliver end-to-end solutions from model work to product integration. You will collaborate with senior leadership, manage multi-squad delivery, and ensure go-live

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, engineering management, or product management.
Experience delivering programs that combine software platforms with ML/AI models in production.
Familiarity with SDLC practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps) and ML delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management for Pricing & Manufacturability portfolio.
Drive program planning from concept through execution and post-launch analysis.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science / ML, Operations, Sales, and Finance to set goals, timelines, milestones.
Translate CAD/geometry, DFM, and Drawing AI work into a single sequenced plan.
Implement lightweight, rigorous project management processes across multi-squad delivery.
Lead risk management and monitor model quality, data labeling, latency, and go-live readiness.
Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage stakeholders.
Provide clear executive communication on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Drive continuous improvement using quoting, DFM, and model-quality data.
Foster a high-performance culture aligned to company goals.
