Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to architect, run, and improve program frameworks across Product & Technology. You’ll own end-to-end TPM for Pricing & Manufacturability, coordinating CAD/DFM/Drawing AI work with ML models, product integration, and post-launch optimization.

This role is hybrid with in-office days at locations in North Bethesda, MD or Waltham, MA, reporting to the Director of Technology Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Experience leading cross-functional software programs with business impact.
• Strong program management discipline across lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for Pricing & Manufacturability initiatives.
• Plan and drive execution from concept through post-launch analysis.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, data science, operations, sales and finance.
• Translate complex CAD/DFM/Drawing AI work into a clear, sequenced plan.
• Improve processes for speed, transparency and accountability across teams.
• Provide executive-ready updates on risks, trade-offs and outcomes.
