Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to shape the TPM function and lead end-to-end programs across engineering, product, data science, and operations.

You will define roadmaps, coordinate cross-team delivery, and ensure on-time, high-quality launches for pricing, manufacturability, and drawing AI initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, deep SDLC and ML delivery experience, and the ability to translate complex technical work into actionable plans for executives and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management, engineering management, or product management.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional software initiatives with material business impact.
• Experience delivering programs combining software platforms with ML/AI models.
• Deep understanding of Agile, CI/CD, DevOps; ML delivery experience a plus.
• Exceptional stakeholder-management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for pricing & manufacturability initiatives.
• Drive planning from concept through execution and post-launch analysis.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science/ML, Operations, Sales, and Finance.
• Translate CAD/geometry/DFM/Drawing AI work into a sequenced plan for models and product.
• Implement lightweight project management processes to increase speed and accountability.
• Lead risk management, data/labeling capacity, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage expectations.
• Provide concise executive progress updates and trade-off analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement using data to inform decisions.
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company goals.
