Job summary

Xometry, a leader in on-demand manufacturing, is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for Pricing and Manufacturability. You will own end-to-end programs spanning Auto-Quote pricing, DFM/geometry analysis, CAD/drawing intelligence, and ML model deployment, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Operations.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week at our North Bethesda, MD or Waltham, MA locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, engineering management, or product management.
• Experience leading cross-functional software initiatives with material business impact.
• Experience delivering programs that combine software platforms with ML/AI models in production.
• Strong understanding of modern SDLC practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps) and ML delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for Pricing & Manufacturability portfolio, including Auto-Quote pricing/cost and ML model work.
• Drive program planning from concept through execution and post-launch analysis.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Data Science/ML, Operations, Sales, and Finance to set goals and milestones.
• Translate CAD/geometry, DFM, and Drawing AI work into a single sequenced plan.
• Implement lightweight, rigorous project management processes across multi-squad delivery.
• Lead risk management and go-live readiness to prevent schedule slips.
• Provide clear executive-ready updates on progress and trade-offs.
