Xometry in North Bethesda, MD or Waltham, MA is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead a high-stakes integration embedding Xometry’s AI into a partner's ecosystem. You will own end-to-end program architecture and cross-functional execution.

The role requires 10+ years in TPM/Engineering/Product with PLM/CAD depth and experience in deep-tier enterprise integrations. Hybrid work schedule (3 days/week) at one of the designated US offices, with a base salary range and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or Product Management; cross-functional software initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program architecture for a strategic Partnership Program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and partner teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical and jurisdictional risks for enterprise deployment.
• Lead executive readouts and drive roadmap prioritization.
• Mentor TPMs and codify best practices for multi-entity partnerships.
• Capture lessons learned to scale AI-native platforms across partners.
