Job summary

Xometry seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery for Pricing & Manufacturability initiatives. You will coordinate with engineering, product, data science, and business teams to drive pricing engines, DFM, and CAD/drawing intelligence from model work to product integration.

The role requires a strong TPM background, experience with ML-enabled platforms, and the ability to lead multi-squad initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work in the US is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, engineering management, or product management.
• Experience delivering programs that combine software platforms with ML/AI models.
• Deep understanding of modern SDLC practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps) and tailoring for speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for the Pricing & Manufacturability portfolio, focusing on Auto-Quote pricing/cost, DFM, Drawing AI, and ML model work.
• Drive program planning from concept through execution and post-launch analysis.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Operations, Sales, and Finance to set goals, timelines, and milestones.
