Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs spanning pricing engines, DFM, and drawing intelligence, coordinating model work with product and engineering teams. You will drive deliverables from concept through production, ensuring alignment with senior leadership.

You will collaborate with data science, ML engineers, and business operations to optimize workflows, monitor performance, and enable scalable TPM practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, engineering management, or product management, with cross-functional software initiatives of material business impact.
• Start-up or first-TPM-in experience preferred; proven ability to design and scale operating rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for Pricing & Manufacturability portfolio, focusing on Auto-Quote pricing/cost, DFM, Drawing AI, and ML model work.
• Drive program planning from concept through execution and post-launch analysis, including model evaluation and production rollout.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science/ML, Operations, Sales, and Finance to set goals, timelines, and milestones across engine, model, and product workstreams.
• Translate CAD/geometry, DFM, and Drawing AI work into a sequenced plan clarifying ownership across models, product UX, and buyer/pricing experiences.
• Implement lightweight, rigorous project management processes to increase speed, transparency, and accountability across multi-squad delivery.
