Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including feature development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the software aligned with program needs.
• Maintain understanding of algorithms and interfaces for battle management and C2 integration.
• Document specifications, user manuals, and project reports; improve PM processes.
• Oversee release planning and ensure quality before deployment.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders on status and risks.
• Allocate resources and mitigate risks to meet timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align with program priorities.
