Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Mathematical Software and Algorithms, to lead the Battlespace Awareness software development across multiple sub-teams. You will ensure delivery on schedule, meet technical and program objectives, and coordinate with stakeholders across the program.

The role requires a strong background in optimization, estimation, and AI/ML, plus proven project leadership and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Define objectives and deliverables aligned with program needs.
• Maintain understanding of algorithms and interfaces for battle management.
• Coordinate with SMEs to incorporate innovations into the plan.
• Ensure documentation and process improvements.
• Oversee release planning and ensure quality standards.
• Communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Manage resources and monitor utilization to avoid bottlenecks.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across divisions.
