Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience in software development.

• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan, including feature development, testing/validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the software that align with program needs.
• Maintain deep understanding of algorithms and software interfaces for battle management and threat prediction to ensure integration with the C2 system.
• Stay updated on techniques and work with SMEs to incorporate innovations into the plan.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, including technical specs, user manuals, and reports.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes for efficiency.
• Oversee release planning and ensure releases meet defined quality standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, with regular status updates.
• Assess and allocate necessary resources and monitor utilization to avoid bottlenecks.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs to minimize impact.
