Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Mathematical Software and Algorithms to oversee Battlespace Awareness software development, ensuring alignment with objectives and schedules. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Strategy: Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan - including feature development, testing and validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of underlying algorithms and software interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification to ensure that the relevant services integrate effectively with the larger C2 system.
Documentation and Process Improvement: Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained for the project, including technical specifications, user manuals, and project reports.
Release Management: Oversee the planning and execution of the software release process, ensuring that deployment is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project‑related communications, internally across teams and externally with stakeholders.
Resource Allocation: Assess and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, software, and hardware, to ensure the project is adequately supported.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies with the subject matter experts to minimize impact on the project timeline and deliverables.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with other divisions and departments to ensure software supports the program priorities and meets all integration requirements.
