Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager, Battlespace to oversee the Battlespace Awareness software development, execution, and delivery for critical programs. You will ensure alignment with technical, functional, and business requirements, and manage sub-teams and stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a strong technical background in optimization and estimation, and experience coordinating complex programs with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development for advanced algorithms.
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high‑pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan - including feature development, testing and validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the software that align with program needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of algorithms and software interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification.
• Stay updated on techniques with SMEs to incorporate innovations into the project plan.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation including technical specs and reports.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes for efficiency.
• Oversee planning and execution of software release processes and ensure quality.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Allocate resources to ensure project support and avoid bottlenecks.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs.
