Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage high-pressure deadlines.
• Eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project strategy with detailed execution plans for features, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Maintain deep understanding of battle management algorithms and interfaces for integration with C2 systems.
• Document technical specs, user manuals, and project reports; improve PM processes.
• Oversee release planning and verify quality standards before deployment.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Allocate resources and manage risks to avoid delays and bottlenecks.
