Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager for Mathematical Software to lead the Battlespace Awareness software development, ensuring alignment with technical, functional, and business requirements.

The role requires a strong software background in optimization and estimation, plus proven ability to manage multi-team programs, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver on schedule with high quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead project strategy and execution plans, including feature development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Ensure software objectives align with program needs and manage stakeholder expectations.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and continuously improve PM processes.
Oversee release planning and ensure quality standards before deployment.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and regular status updates with stakeholders.
Assess and allocate resources, monitor risks, and mitigate bottlenecks across sub-teams.
