Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan for Battlespace Awareness software, including feature development, testing and validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering and other stakeholders to align with program needs.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation including technical specs, user manuals, and project reports.
• Oversee release planning and ensure deployment quality and timeliness.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• Allocate resources and manage risks to prevent bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with divisions to ensure integration with the C2 system and overall program priorities.
