Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager for Battlespace Awareness to lead the development, execution, and delivery of software for critical programs within the Battlespace Awareness team. This role requires a strong technical background in optimization and estimation, and proven leadership across multi-disciplined teams, with a focus on schedule, risk, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan - including feature development, testing and validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the software that align with program needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of algorithms and software interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification to ensure integration with the C2 system.
• Document technical specifications, user manuals, and project reports; continuously improve PM processes.
• Oversee the planning and execution of the software release process, ensuring quality standards before deployment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders.
• Allocate resources including personnel, software, and hardware to support the project.
