Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to own and mature reliability programs, incident management, and cross‑functional initiatives across Slack’s platform. You will shape how AI agentic workloads meet enterprise reliability standards while coordinating with engineering, security, and partner teams.

The role requires 8+ years of program leadership, strong communication, and proficiency in AWS and SQL, with experience across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technical programs in a dynamic product or engineering org.
• Strong verbal and written communication with engineers; identify risks.
• Able to work independently across multiple time zones.
• Experience handling activities across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own incident management end-to-end, including detection, triage, response and post-incident reviews.
• Lead reliability initiatives across load management and compute services; track SLOs and budgets.
• Define reliability standards for AI agentic workloads and develop playbooks for failures.
• Coordinate policy and operating rhythms across platform, security, and partner teams.
