Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management for data center construction or infrastructure programs.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure including commissioning, power, cooling, and rack-level fit-out environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across dispersed locations and manage complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of hyperscale deployments, including space readiness and fit-out.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Design, Construction, Operations) for scope alignment.
• Identify and resolve blockers, manage scope changes, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Handle customer scope changes and internal change requests including NRCs and work orders.
• Review customer orders, statements of work, and technical requirements to ensure deliverables.
• Coordinate hyperscale design reviews with customer engineering and internal teams.
