Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Engineering to lead end-to-end delivery of data center projects. You will oversee design review, construction, commissioning, and handover, coordinating mechanical, electrical, IT infrastructure, security, and operations to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering leadership, risk management, and strong collaboration with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or building services.
• 10+ years in data center construction, commissioning, or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• PMP, CDCP, ATD or equivalent leadership certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, energization, and handover.
• Develop and monitor master project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for data center delivery ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.
• Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, safety, and environmental standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
