Job summary

Sotalent seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end data center deployment programs remotely in the US, from site handoff to turnover. You will coordinate engineering, construction, MEP, controls, and operations to deliver high-density infrastructure and AI-ready facilities.

The role requires 7+ years in infrastructure program management, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to manage multiple projects with delivery quality in a fast-growing software environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Technical or Infrastructure Program Management.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Experience leading multiple simultaneous projects with delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program schedule from site handoff through turnover.
• Break large data center builds into workstreams with milestones and owners.
• Track baseline schedules and forecast completion dates.
• Drive accountability across all stakeholders for execution.
• Coordinate with Energy, Utilities, Procurement, Construction Management, Operations, Security, Finance, Legal, Network Deployment.
