Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager on the Capacity Delivery team to own end-to-end delivery of critical data center infrastructure.

You will translate long-range capacity forecasts and complex customer requirements into fully commissioned infrastructure, leading cross-functional teams to address technical and logistical challenges at hyperscale. You will design scalable processes, KPIs, and SLAs across build teams while reporting progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management in hyperscale cloud or data center environments.
• Direct experience managing lifecycle of large-scale data center builds or capacity expansions.
• Strong technical understanding of power, cooling, networking, and GPU/server hardware.
• Experience with construction milestones and cross-functional partnerships.
• Proficient in Agile and Critical Path project management; Jira/Asana usage.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of hyperscale data center builds and capacity expansions.
• Develop program plans with scope, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Translate forecasts and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Data Center Ops, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Report on program status, risks, and KPIs to executives.
• Establish scalable processes and SLAs across build teams.
