Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive data center infrastructure expansion in the US West region.

You will lead cross‑functional teams across inception, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of complex build projects. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience managing highly technical programs, and the ability to coordinate remote teams across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

Lead cross‑functional teams to drive regional data center build projects from inception through design, implementation, testing and deployment.
Manage remote project delivery teams and facilitate technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot issues.
Establish cross‑functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders across time zones, manage budgets and mitigate risks.
Proficient in core project management disciplines: scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk, with reporting and metrics.
