Google is seeking an executive-level Technical Program Manager for Data Center Capacity Delivery. You will lead hyperscale development programs from site selection through construction, commissioning and handover, coordinating cross-functional partners and external contractors.

You will drive multi-gigawatt, multi-billion-dollar portfolios, manage AI/ML insertions, and uphold safety and operational standards across internal teams and contractor partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of program management experience.
• 8 years leading executive-level hyperscale data center capacity delivery.
• 5 years managing multi-hundred megawatt infrastructure programs with $1B+ portfolio.
• 5 years in high-density power, MEP/FP/controls coordination, and fast-track construction.
• 5 years in commercial management including GMP contract negotiation and supplier management.

Mansioni

• Direct the lifecycle of hyperscale data center builds from entitlements to handover.
• Oversee multi-gigawatt capacity portfolios with full schedule, cost, quality, and risk accountability.
• Manage high-density compute capacity deployment and late-stage tech insertions for GPU/TPU.
• Align internal partners with contractors to ensure seamless capacity releases and execution.
• Establish site culture standards and safety metrics across large contractor workforces.
