Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery for hyperscale data center infrastructure. You will translate capacity forecasts and complex requirements into actionable program plans while leading cross-functional teams in Data Center Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 10+ years in technical program management, strong data center knowledge, and proficiency with PM tools like Jira and Asana.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management in hyperscale cloud or data center environments.
• Direct experience managing lifecycle of large-scale data center builds or expansions.
• Strong technical understanding of data center stacks (power, cooling, networking, GPU/server hardware).
• Experience with construction milestones and schedules.
• Expertise in PM methodologies (Agile, Critical Path) and tools (Jira, Asana).
• Proven ability to lead matrixed cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
• Exceptional communication to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end hyperscale data center builds and capacity expansions from planning to delivery.
• Develop and manage program plans with scope, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Translate capacity forecasts and stakeholder needs into technical program requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Data Center Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to mitigate schedule/budget risks.
• Develop and report program status, risks, KPIs to executives and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues with clear communication and escalation.
• Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and SLAs across build teams.
