Job summary

Lambda is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the integrated delivery program for new data center builds. You will coordinate across Real Estate, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, and Finance to ensure milestones, risks, and dependencies are tracked, with 40% travel to sites.

You will lead schedule, approvals, and handover readiness while scaling playbooks for multiple deployments and maintaining executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center delivery, infrastructure or construction program management.
• Delivered ground-up data centers or equivalent facilities on compressed timelines.
• Know the full lifecycle: site handoff to turnover.
• Manage integrated schedules, critical path, dependency logs, and change control.
• Spot risks with technical tradeoffs and elevate when needed.
• Align partners and engineering teams around shared deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated schedule from site handoff to Operations and manage milestones.
• Drive delivery sequence from rack requirements to planning, permitting, construction, and turnover for high-density capacity.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Real Estate, Energy, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, Security, Finance, and Legal.
• Maintain risk registers, dependency logs, and decision trackers; surface risks early.
• Escalate with facts and lead schedule recovery when milestones slip.
• Hold partners to contractual milestones and maintain productive relationships.
• Communicate status to leadership through program reviews and concise updates.
• Deliver clean turnover with ready-to-go infrastructure and documentation; build repeatable playbooks.
