Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management.
• 7+ years directly managing TPMs.
• Built a team or function from scratch.
• Scaled TPM teams in fast-moving environments.
• Experience across physical and software infrastructure (datacenters, networking, hardware ops, cloud).
• Led large-scale compute/infrastructure programs (capacity planning, deployments, migrations).
• Able to communicate complex programs clearly to senior leadership.
• Comfortable doing hands-on work before scaling the team.

Responsabilités

• IC Program Leadership: Own 2–3 high-priority programs and build the team.
• Team Building & Development: Coach TPMs and transition programs to the team.
• Planning & Prioritization: Identify work that benefits from TPM support; manage staffing tradeoffs.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Align with Research, Product, Security, Finance, Legal; report program status to executives.
