Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Capacity Delivery team in San Francisco. You will own end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data center infrastructure, translating capacity forecasts and complex requirements into fully commissioned systems.

You'll lead cross-functional engineering, data center operations, and supply chain, establish scalable processes and KPIs, and report to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in a hyperscale cloud, data center, or critical infrastructure environment.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of large-scale data center builds, retrofits, or major capacity expansions.
• Strong technical understanding of data center stack including power, cooling, networking, and GPU/server hardware.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Critical Path) and tools like Jira/Asana.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of hyperscale data center builds and major capacity expansions from planning to delivery.
• Develop and manage program plans with scope, schedules, milestones, and dependencies for infrastructure initiatives.
• Translate capacity forecasts and stakeholder needs into actionable program requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Data Center Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to mitigate risks to schedule and budget.
• Develop and report on program status, risks, and KPIs to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and resolve complex technical and logistical issues with clear communication and escalation.
• Establish and lead scalable processes, KPIs, and SLAs across build teams.
