Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior TPM leader to own program management across our infrastructure ecosystem, from datacenter bring-up to production workloads. You will scale multi-cloud compute across AWS, GCP, and Azure and build the software infrastructure to support rapid growth.

You’ll drive 2–3 high-priority programs, build processes, and coach TPMs while reporting to the Head of TPM. This role demands hands-on leadership and a track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management requiring TPM leadership.
• 7+ years directly managing TPMs in fast-growth environments.
• Experience across datacenters, cloud platforms, and infrastructure.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own 2–3 highest-priority programs across infrastructure.
• Lead datacenter bring-up timelines and capacity plans.
• Build playbooks and processes for ongoing programs.
• Earn credibility with engineering leads through execution.
