Job summary

TensorWave is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Program Management for Data Center Build and Design to lead the TPM team across large 100 MW+ campus deployments. You will own the thirteen-gate framework, drive schedule discipline, and coordinate with Construction Engineering, MEP, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.

You will hire and develop TPMs, manage cross-site dependencies, and maintain an executive-ready portfolio view.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in technical program management or delivery leadership.
• Direct ownership of data center design and construction delivery at scale.
• Experience with stage gate delivery governance and written decision records.
• Fluency in schedule logic and critical path analysis (Primavera P6 or equivalent).
• Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure and commissioning.
• Ability to influence without authority and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Phase gate framework ownership across all active sites and data halls.
• Build and manage a TPM team across multiple sites and levels.
• Own the integrated master schedule and portfolio status reporting.
• Hold general contractors and colocation partners to scope, schedule, and quality.
• Lead escalation and recovery planning for delivery blockers.
• Drive delivery velocity by capturing cycle time data and refining the playbook.
