Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 8+ years in program management and executive leadership delivering large-scale data center capacity.
• 5+ years managing multi-hundred megawatt infrastructure programs with $1B+ portfolio values.
• 5+ years in high-density power delivery, MEP/FP/Controls coordination, and fast-track design-build.
• 5+ years in commercial management including GMP contract negotiation and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the complete lifecycle of hyperscale data center builds from entitlement to handover.
• Oversee multi-gigawatt capacity portfolios with accountability for schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Manage high-density compute capacity deployment and late-stage tech insertions for GPUs/TPUs.
• Align internal partners with contractors to ensure capacity releases and execution.
• Establish safety standards across large contractor workforces and regional delivery models.
