Job summary

Tinder is seeking a Senior TPM to drive high-impact, cross-functional programs across Recs, Revenue, and Engagement, connecting product, engineering, design, analytics, legal, finance, marketing, and localization to deliver scalable user experiences.

You will own end-to-end delivery from planning through launch, manage dependencies, track milestones, and communicate progress to executives with clear next steps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Technical Program Management for consumer mobile products at scale.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs and dependency maps.
• AI fluency with hands-on use of AI tools to automate reports and status.
• Expert in Jira and Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, Google Suite, and Figma.
• Strong PDLC/SDLC understanding and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for high-impact programs across Recs, Revenue, and Engagement.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align ownership and sequencing.
• Identify and resolve issues and improve processes while maintaining quality and velocity.
• Provide clear, timely communications to executive leadership on program health and next steps.
