Dutch Vet is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to keep many projects moving in a fast-paced telemedicine environment. You will partner with engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations to drive initiatives from planning through execution and handoff.

The role requires 5+ years in TPM, startup/scaleup experience, strong data analytics, and excellent communication. Remote-friendly with a collaborative, process‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM experience working with software teams.
• Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments.
• Strong ability to switch context across projects and stakeholders.
• Proactive, data-driven decision maker with urgency and bias for action.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with ruthless prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple short‑cycle projects with planning, tracking, and execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
• Manage epics and sprints in Jira with transparent boards and dashboards.
• Drive alignment on scope and timelines across teams and leadership.
• Maintain documentation, roadmaps, and team operating rhythms.
