Qualifications

• Influence senior leaders, empower, build strategic relationships and align people across functions.
• Develop partnerships with engineering and product management leaders and build subject matter expertise.
• Take ambiguous technical problems, formulate plans and drive teams to deliver results.
• Understand long-term architectural implications while delivering short-term results.
• Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and establish resolution paths.
• Improve processes and scale the organization without slowing down engineering teams.
• Create a collaborative environment with transparency, mastery, autonomy, and learning.
• Communicate clearly with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Fill gaps across roles as an adaptive problem solver.
• Experience with end-to-end agile software development.
• Coach and mentor teammates.
