Qualifications

5+ years leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.
Experience with large-scale serving, indexing, or retrieval systems.
Strong analytical skills with dashboards and data-driven decisions.
Excellent collaboration with senior engineering and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead programs that scale catalog, indexing, and retrieval systems across ads and commerce infrastructure.
Drive cross-team modernization initiatives including migrations to new compute/storage platforms.
Build and maintain program dashboards and risk/status reporting for stakeholders.
Partner with engineering on reliability and incident-response for revenue-critical systems.
Incorporate AI-enabled best practices and AI-assisted artifacts into program execution.
Prototype AI-driven tooling to improve workflows and internal tools.
