Job summary

Tinder is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the cross-functional operating model for its new IRL events initiative. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Partnerships, Event Ops, and Marketing to bring clarity to ambiguity, create structured plans, and deliver high-quality user experiences at global scale.

This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration three days per week in Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations leaders.
• Ability to distill complex requirements into actionable project plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Events product roadmap, including in-app features and operational tooling.
• Act as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, BD, and Event Operations to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Define the operating model for the Events program, determining rhythms, artifacts, and checkpoints for scaling.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues by coordinating with teams to determine solutions and prioritise tasks.
• Provide clear, timely communications to executive leadership on program health and tradeoffs.
