Tinder is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across Recs, Revenue, and Engagement. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Localization to bring structure to evolving plans and deliver great user experiences at global scale.

The role requires 6+ years in technical program management for consumer mobile products, strong cross-team collaboration, and fluency with AI tools to automate routine PM work.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of Technical Program Management for consumer mobile products at scale.
• Proven ability to run a portfolio of concurrent programs and build delivery plans.
• AI tools to automate status reporting, documentation, and dependency tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery for high-impact programs across Recs, Revenue, and Engagement.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, analytics and other teams to surface dependencies and align sequencing.
• Identify and resolve issues, improve processes while maintaining quality and velocity.
• Provide clear, timely communications to executive leadership on program health and escalations.
