Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager to lead large, multi-team programs across its product portfolio. You will own execution from kickoff through launch, collaborating daily with product, engineering, and business partners.

You will build detailed plans, dashboards, and risk registers, while coordinating cross-team decision-making and communicating status to executives. You will drive risk mitigation, enable launch readiness, and apply AI to improve productivity and impact

Qualifications

10+ years of technical program management experience.
Experience leading multi-team delivery programs with 20+ engineers.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS delivery cycles.
Hands-on Agile delivery experience and program-level tracking.
Excellent communication and facilitation; crisp status reports.
Foundational AI skills to improve outcomes in your area.

Responsibilities

Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs across multiple engineering teams and product areas.
Build and maintain detailed program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and milestone dashboards.
Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making with standups, program syncs, and reviews.
Translate program status into crisp updates for product leadership and senior engineering audiences.
Identify delivery risks early; lead retrospectives to drive continuous process improvement.
Coordinate launch readiness activities across engineering, QA, documentation, support, and go-to-market.
Support data-driven prioritization by surfacing trade-off analyses to leadership.
Apply foundational AI skills to enhance productivity, innovation, and impact.
